Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload Pretzel Bars

This dessert bar is overloaded with flavor! Combine Blue Bell Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload Ice Cream with pretzels and peanuts for a delicious frozen treat.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload Pretzel Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 half gallon Blue Bell Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload Ice Cream
  • Chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pretzels, peanuts, melted butter and peanut butter.
  3. Spread 2/3 of the pretzel/peanut mixture evenly into the lined baking pan.
  4. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  5. Add a layer of Blue Bell Chocolate Peanut Butter Overload Ice Cream.
  6. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  7. Top the ice cream layer with remaining pretzel /peanut mixture.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  9. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
