Production Facilities

To give you a better idea of the broad range of production job opportunities, for both skilled and those ready to be trained, here are some examples of what we are actively looking for:

Production Operations – machine and system operators, packagers, ingredient processors, housekeeping and sanitation
Warehousing & Distribution – shipping and receiving, forklift operators, machine and process operators

Transport Operations – Class A Commercial Drivers License positions
Fleet Maintenance – automotive and diesel mechanics, and body shop technicians
Facilities Maintenance – including skilled electrical and mechanical technicians, engineering, automation and robotics, sanitary and general welding/fabrication, refrigeration and HVAC, and construction

Sales Distribution Facilities

Blue Bell sales distribution facilities, or branches, are where we store our products after they leave one of our three manufacturing plants. This allows us to directly distribute Blue Bell to your local store. We do not produce any products at the branch facilities, but there are many other important roles to fill. The type of job opportunities that may be available include:

Route Sales – Class B Commercial Drivers License positions (training can also be provided to help you obtain the Class B license).
Merchandising – positions keeping the freezer shelves stocked in stores.
Shipping and Receiving – positions supporting the route sales operation and stocking the warehouse.
Office – administrative positions supporting day-to-day operations of the facility.
