Enjoy a slice, or rather a scoop, of the newest flavor from Blue Bell, Classic Pecan Pie Ice Cream

BRENHAM, Texas, September 4, 2025—Blue Bell is introducing a new classic—straight from the oven and on its way to an ice cream aisle near you. Classic Pecan Pie Ice Cream arrives in stores beginning today.

Classic Pecan Pie is a rich brown sugar ice cream with roasted pecans and pieces of flaky pie crust mixed with a pecan pie filling.

“Our new flavor combines your favorite ice cream with everything you enjoy in a pecan pie,” said John Neal Robinson, general sales manager for Blue Bell. “Pecans, pie crust pieces, and yes, even a pecan pie filling swirl, all surrounded by a brown sugar ice cream – did we miss anything? There is no need for pie and ice cream when you can now have both in a carton of our Classic Pecan Pie Ice Cream.”

Classic Pecan Pie Ice Cream is available in half-gallon and pint sizes for a limited time.

Also, now in stores from Blue Bell is Homemade in the Shade Ice Cream. After a 10-year hiatus, the flavor made its return in July. Homemade in the Shade, available in the pint and half gallon sizes, is Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream combined with a swirl of rich chocolate fudge sauce.
