Ordering Information:

Shipping and delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless Express Shipping is selected. Upon receipt your order will be processed and should arrive within 10 -14 days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note, actual shipping and delivery dates are based on product availability.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is submitted and when your order ships. Tracking information (when available) will be included with your order shipment email.

Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated by the total amount purchased.
Sales tax is added to all items shipped to Texas.

Standard Shipping Charges:

Express Shipping:

2nd Day Service – Provides second business day delivery from the time of order processing. The charge is $15.00 plus the Standard Delivery Charges.

3rd Day Service – Provides third business day delivery from the time of order processing. The charge is $10.00 plus the Standard Delivery Charges.

2nd & 3rd Day Service is not available on orders sent to APO, FPO, P.O. Box addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the shipment date for an exchange or refund.

Please enclose your receipt or a copy of your shipment confirmation email in your return package. For your protection, we recommend that you return items via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. Please note that we are not responsible for any returned items being lost or damaged during shipment.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. At this time we do not accept checks.
