Mini Cake and Ice Cream Trifles

2 chocolate crème cookies, divided
½ cup frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
2 small scoops Blue Bell Cake and Ice Cream (ice cream), divided
1 T. chocolate dessert topping
1 t. chocolate shavings

In a small chilled dessert bowl (clear glass works well), crumble one cookie.  Add a scoop of ice cream and flatten.  Top with a ¼ cup whipped topping and flatten.  Drizzle with 1 ½ teaspoons chocolate topping.  Repeat layers.  Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.  Serve immediately.  Makes one serving.
