Happy Tracks Pie

1 prepared 9-inch deep-dish graham cracker pie crust
1 to 2 bananas, peeled and cut into ¼ inch slices
¼ cup purchased peanut butter ice cream topping
1 quart Blue Bell Mooo Tracks, slightly softened
½ cup chocolate ice cream topping
¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts

Line bottom and sides of pie crust with banana slices.  Drizzle peanut butter topping over bananas.  Scoop ice cream into pie crust and gently spread to fill the crust.  Wrap the pie in plastic wrap and freeze for at least two hours.  Remove from freezer and unwrap 10 minutes before serving.  Slice pie into 8 wedges.  Drizzle each slice with chocolate topping and sprinkle with peanuts.  Serve immediately.  Makes 8 servings.
