"Cup" Cake and Ice Cream
2- 9 or 10-ounce clear plastic disposable drink cups 1 paper muffin cup liner 1 scoop Blue Bell Cake and Ice Cream (ice cream) (approximately ½ to 2/3 cup each) canned whipped cream ½ t. chocolate jimmies or sprinkles
Place muffin cup liner inside one plastic drink cup. Place second plastic drink cup inside the first cup to "sandwich" the muffin liner in between the two cups. Place ice cream scoop in second cup. "Ice" decoratively with whipped cream. Sprinkle with jimmies. Serve immediately. Makes one serving.
