Christmas Parfaits

2 scoops Blue Bell Pistachio Ice Cream (approximately 1/3 cup each)
1 scoop Blue Bell Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream (approximately 1/3 cup)
¼ c. crumbled sugar cookies or shortbread
1 T. chopped roasted almonds
frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 stemmed maraschino cherry

In a chilled parfait glass, place one scoop of Pistachio Almond ice cream. Sprinkle with half the cookie crumbs and half the nuts. Add a scoop of Cherry Vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and nuts. Add the second scoop of Pistachio Almond ice cream. Top with a dollop of whipped topping and place the cherry on top. Serve immediately.
