Chocolate Peppermint Napoleons

12 chocolate wafers
1 pint Blue Bell Peppermint Ice Cream, slightly softened
4 T. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 small peppermint candy cane, crushed
4 T. purchased chocolate fudge sauce

Place one cookie in the center of a dessert plate. Top with 2 - 3 tablespoons ice cream. Repeat for another layer. Place a third cookie on top of the second layer. Press gently to spread the ice cream to the edges of the cookies. Add a 1 T. dollop of whipped topping and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy. Repeat to make 3 more desserts. Drizzle each Napoleon with chocolate sauce or serve the sauce with the dessert and let everyone add the amount of sauce they want. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
